During this 3 day course you will learn the underlying techniques of screen printing and build your confidence to print independently. At the end of the course you will have learnt various stencil making techniques and gained a working knowledge of the photo emulsion stencil process by learning how to coat and expose screens. The course will focus on handmade stencil creation using a variety of methods and experimentation with colour.

Daniel Guest
Born in 1983, Daniel is a printmaker and graphic designer living in Co. Sligo with a background in Primary and Special Needs education. Drawing on this experience Daniel works through Pulled to deliver arts education programs with a focus on print, illustration and self publishing. As a long time participant in DIY subculture in Ireland and the UK his work focuses on the arts as a vector for social inclusion and promotes participation by marginalized groups. Daniel also co-founded Spilt Milk, a music and arts festival in Sligo which has occurred annually since 2019. Educated at the University of Leeds.
