This workshops is entry level and designed to establish good working practices when processing film. During the course participants are shown how to shoot film in their camera and then process it in the darkroom. The central focus of the workshop is to enable the participant to pre-visualise the outcome they want to achieve and to calibrate the camera and processing chemistry to achieve this outcome. Participants should bring a working 35mm SLR or Medium Format Camera (120) with manual shutter speed - aperture controls.

Peter Wilcock
Award Winning Photographer Peter Wilcock, has been a professional photographer all his working life, including a 30 year stint as a staff photographer on the Daily Mail, Daily Express and Star in Manchester. He is a City and Guilds Qualified Teacher of Photography and has taught at Universities in the UK including Manchester, Central Lancashire and Lancaster Universities and numerous Colleges and Adult Education centres both in the UK and Ireland. He is now now engaged in teaching Photography and Photoshop both locally and online.
