Unseen is a project that looks to explore the role and possibilities of interactive cultural and creative practice in public settings. I want to explore the importance of recreational, meditative spaces in an increasingly fragmented and noisy everyday.

Unseen is a new sound sculpture made from the body of a cello that has been funded by the Norwegian Arts Council. It is my intention to use this sculpture for interactive projects in public settings. I would particularly like to explore the possibilities of the work in the local manorhamilton environments. In each new context I will use the voices of the users or of the ambient sounds of these places and compose a series of soundworks for a notated composition and performance dedicated to the area.
