Site-ations International, Europe 2005/06
“SENSE IN PLACE” - Site-ations International, Europe 2005 brought together, in a year long event, a number of thematic, artistic and philosophical approaches to different places across Europe. Participants created work in response to curators themes that reflected differing social, historical and environmental contexts.
The project took place over one year between August 2005 and August 2006 and curators and artists led organisations from six countries developed the locations, titles and general themes of the events: A conference, education project and collaborative catalogue and web-site complemented these.
